Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for customers who need their items quickly
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for budget-conscious pool owners
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We proudly ship globally (with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our pool products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- You must have original receipt or proof of purchase
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pool chemicals (Chlorine & Bromine, Chlorine Free Chemicals, Chemical Bundles)
- Opened or installed safety pool covers (Center Step Safety Pool Covers, Left Step Safety Pool Covers)
- Used filter cartridges (Filter Cartridges, DE Filter Grids)
- Inflatable pools that have been filled with water (Intex Inflatable Kiddie Pools)
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include product name, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and mailing address.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package item securely in original packaging with all accessories. Ship to provided address using a trackable method (you’re responsible for return shipping costs).
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing (standard delivery times apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds issued in USD
- Processing may take additional time due to international shipping
